Shipping & returns

By default, we ship our packages with Bpost/PostNL/GLS or DPD.

Shipping costs: free for orders over 29 euros.

Delivery time

Once we have received payment, all orders will be shipped within 5 business days.

If a product cannot be shipped within the promised time, the customer will be informed by email.
The customer decides whether the order can still proceed or not.

Returns

Returns must be requested within 14 days via our contact form on our website.

The goods must be sent back to us in their original condition (unless damaged upon delivery), complete and undamaged.

After your return request has been approved by us, you can print a return label and send the items back to us with the return label.

The cost of return shipping is borne by the buyer.

If you meet all these conditions, the purchase amount will be refunded to you within 2 business days after receipt of the returned shipment.
